no welcome gift

i had high hopes for this place, but was sadly disappointed. they forgot my order for ketchup at breakfast, then the same evening, my salad arrived with bacon, despite my request for none. can you believe it? a welcome gift would have been nice, considering all my complaints. i absolutely could have given them a glowing review but just couldn’t.

the situation we had our room was beautifully decorated and the view of the beach was just stunning. the staff were genuinely friendly they made everything easy for us 🌞. poolside services were excellent and we loved the snacks offered throughout the day.

really good service

Perfect for a family getaway

The breakfast was amazing! There was a great selection, and the service, it felt like we were the only guests in the place because they were so attentive.

It wasn’t cheap but totally worth it for the experience we had.

Just a perfect match for a whistle-stop in Panormos with very good value for money. The staff were incredibly attentive, quickly helping with a minor incident I had during my time at the beach. Make sure to try the freshly prepared poached eggs at breakfast.
